PEAKFIX ROOFING TERMS OF USE
Website, service guides, and optional care plan conditions

Welcome to PeakFix Roofing. By browsing this website, reading our roofing materials, or selecting an Inspect, Repair, or Restore care plan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or related services. Written agreements may be required for larger commercial or multi-property accounts. PeakFix Roofing is a professional roofing company based in Manchester, United Kingdom. We keep pricing current when possible, but material availability and seasonal demand can change recommendations. Paid extras beyond a selected care plan layer are explained before they apply. Site text is not a structural engineering certificate, insurance guarantee, or a promise of weather outcomes.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

This site covers roof leak detection and repairs, damaged tile replacement, metal roof repairs, shingle replacement, roof flashing repairs, gutter repairs and cleaning, roof waterproofing, storm damage restoration, roof inspections, preventative maintenance, and complete roof restoration. Paid access is confirmed by approval and receipt. Demo forms do not create a binding work order until the desk confirms. By continuing to browse or request membership, you confirm legal age for digital consent or appropriate authority. Users under eighteen need guardian oversight for paid contracts. We may refuse access if misuse is suspected. Do not share credentials. Property managers must confirm authority to agree on behalf of an owner or group. You agree to provide accurate contact details for bookings, warranties, or membership changes. Hazardous access, asbestos concerns, or listed building constraints must be disclosed before work begins so we can plan lawfully and safely.

2. Content and intellectual property

Text, photographs, logos, service diagrams, and design elements belong to PeakFix Roofing or rights holders. You may view content for personal, non-commercial reading. Republishing menus, care plan cards, articles, or images without permission is prohibited. Editorial and trade work by Daniel Whitmore and Sarah Clarke remains our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. Brand names used for comparison belong to their owners. Short personal quotes with attribution are allowed; copying entire guides or bulk scraping is not. Tip contributions grant us a non-exclusive license to edit, display, and archive them. Bots and scrapers are prohibited. Infringement may lead to removal and legal remedies. Project photography is illustrative; materials may vary by batch and supplier. Repair guides do not replace manufacturer instructions. Care plan badges and virtual items remain licensed, not sold.

3. Care plans, fees, and virtual items

Membership prices and included services appear on the Plans page and may change with notice. Repair and Restore layers may include shortlists, roof reports, and archive credits as described at purchase. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Pause requests with twenty-four hours notice may be honored when possible. If a refund is offered, the desk’s written confirmation controls. Priority notes are licensed, not sold. Promotion codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Incorrect prices may be cancelled and corrected. Failed payments may suspend paid privileges while free browsing remains. Physical roofing works follow quotation, deposit, and aftercare terms stated at booking. Materials specially ordered for a job may be non-returnable once cut or installed. Consumers retain mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK protections. Scaffold hire, parking permits, and skip hire are billed as extras when required by the site. Weather delays may reschedule outdoor work without ending the contract when safety requires it.

4. Services, accuracy, and advice limits

Explain roof type, leak symptoms, and access needs so we can recommend suitable repairs. We select with care but are not responsible for missed collections, courier delays beyond our control, or unread materials. Guides help you compare options; they do not guarantee storm outcomes, insurance acceptance, or injury prevention. Roofing advice is not structural engineering certification unless a separate written survey states otherwise. Always follow safety warnings, keep children away from ladders, and follow manufacturer care labels. Ratings and badges on the site are for engagement only, not official building certificates. If a repair fails within the stated workmanship period, contact the desk promptly with order details so we can arrange a remedy. Demo forms do not reserve crew slots until payment or store confirmation is complete. Photographs you send for estimates are assessed in good faith but final pricing follows a site visit when access reveals hidden defects.

5. Acceptable use and conduct on site and at properties

Do not disrupt the site, spam forms, or scrape content at scale. Harassment, hate speech, personal data disclosure, account trading ads, and staff impersonation are prohibited. Do not upload malware, bypass payment walls, or flood tools with bots. Violating text may be removed and memberships suspended for repeated misuse. Do not use false identity in support requests. Logs may be retained for lawful investigation. These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights. At customer properties, respectful behaviour is required from all parties. Dangerous interference with ladders, scaffolds, or tools may result in work stopping for safety. Photography for commercial use of our crews needs prior permission. We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour threatens staff or other customers. Clients must disclose aggressive animals, unsafe flooring in lofts, and fragile roof areas before crews attend. Waste left by third parties on a roof is not our responsibility unless included in the written scope.

6. Limitation of liability

Site information is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeakFix Roofing is not liable for indirect damages including lost trading time, missed weather windows, device failure, or third-party outages. For paid layers, liability is limited as described in desk notices and confirmations. We do not exclude liability that UK law forbids excluding. For paid services, total liability in twelve months is limited to fees paid for the relevant layer or job, unless a higher mandatory ceiling applies. We do not promise uninterrupted website service. Force majeure, including severe weather affecting works or deliveries, may delay performance. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law. Where services fail to meet consumer guarantees, remedies available under UK law apply. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Pre-existing structural defects discovered during works may require a revised quote before continuing.

7. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms. The current version always appears on this page with an updated date. If a change materially reduces a paid benefit already purchased, we will honor the prior description until the period ends. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in Manchester have venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
